Well, hopefully we have a lot to work with. I sent you a possible basic Decklist of a Monarch build. Hopefully you have a good portion of the cards I suggested.

very nice, unlike others you don't talk about the staples, wich I hate, you can build a great deck without using all the staple cards, most use as first : insert staples, and you didn't use it, REALLY GREAT

Well, yeah, I didn't want to take the usual path and make my readers think that staples are the way to go EVERY TIME. Don't get me wrong, there's a reason staples are called "staples" for certain Decktypes. As such, they can be very, very useful cards. However, I will always encourage individual Deck styles and strategies above all else, and with that in mind, I almost never try to shove staples down anyone's throats.

It's cool for beginners and such. But a note on the playtesting point: There will be some decks that cannot hold up, and will be completely inferior to other/tier one decks; its a part of any card game, and unless you change the deck drastically, no amount of switching up cards or ratios will help.
