Oh totally. I knew Capcom would be kind to Ken, as really they always have been(especially when they first introduced the Shinryuken back in the Alpha days). And yeah, I'm more prone to master the oldie' goldies before moving to the newer dudes n' dudettes.

wish they had a machine over here...i would so own it. i remember when i was younger id compete in the MVC2/SF3 strike tournies and always take 1/2nd. hehe..good times....cant wait to get some exp with it.

Keep in mind that lists change over time. At one point Rufus was considered broken.

I'm not surpurised, considering the game at first glance plays ALOT like SF2, but actually plays ALOT more than that. The physics make it seem like SF2, making Sagat godly.

It's official. SF4 just gained one more character in it's roster.
GOUKEN.
For those who don't know who he is, he's Ken and Ryu's master and taught them everything they know, and is also Akuma's older brother. This is his first ever appearance in a SF game.

Uh, no he wasn't. You're probably confused with Gouki, which is Akuma's Japanese name. Gouken has never been playable or played against in an actual game.

Capcom retconned it so that Gouken never died. Akuma failed in that attempt.
BTW, any takers on if Gouken will be 60/40 against the cast?
