Basically we want to keep track of addresses for all members who trade here to help curb returning rippers.....and anyone who has not already traded with a mod or designated respected trader, must do so before conducting any trades with other members of ETC. Until your name is on the Master List your current Refs are Null & Void, which means they don't count. In short, you really really want your name to be on this list if you want to be able to trade here.
We will have a master list of the members who have completed their Mod Ref requirements, and addresses will be kept in the trade staff lounge where only ETC staff have access to them. This will not only ensure that rippers cannot return and try to trade here (because we can compare addresses), but it will also ensure that we have a verified address to give to the proper authorities in the event that someone decides to start ripping.
"DISCLAIMER: This is a safety precaution to ensure your trades are made safely. Members appearing on our Moderator Reference List have been shown to complete at least one trade and his/her address recorded for filing purposes ONLY. Addresses will not be given under any request without proper reasoning, such as a large-scale ripping or return of a previously suspended member. Addresses will not be used for forms of contact by the ETC forums or its Staff. Violating the forum's rules by ripping, scamming, or promoting any other action hereby instigating an unacceptable behavior among traders will be considered as a direct violation to our board and a nullification to this Disclaimer if need be."
So, if you've already traded with a mod (regular trade or middleman trade) please just post here and we'll add you as soon as we check you refs and the master list for your verified address.
Added - Every trader is responsible for submitting real name changes, username changes and address changes to us as soon these changes take place.
Reminder- These Mod Refs only verify that these members have received trades at the addresses that they supplied to us. Please refer to the other pinned topics and the members own refs to determine if they are good traders. You may also ask a mod for advice about any trader. Thank you.

All traders involved with first-time traders are to inform 1 of the Trade Moderators (via PM or the Mod ref thread) of the user's address, so we have their info on file. This is mandatory.
