Not to crazy about the text but I like the overall look.

It's Skull Boy from Majora's Mask.

I will admit that is a very originally size for a sig.
The BG looks like it was all smudging of the stock.
Just next time, maybe try experimenting with different textures in your sig.

The light source was well done on the top, but the shade is consistent throughout the rest of the BG.
Working with gradients, color dodge, and color burn will create more depth in the sig.

The text is nice, but it is drawing a lot of my attention to it. I don’t know if it because of the color, size, and/or location of the text. Maybe you wanted the text to stand out?

These are just some minor fixes. It came out nice. I just wanted to put a few things that will help make a good sig even better.

Actually the bg started out as random brush stroke with colors from the render, I didn't like how they look so I smudged them. I was messing around with the BG to make it work with the lighting, but I got lazy. :P I'll try to make it look better. And the text I wanted to stand out a lot, and draw attention to it, to me it is an important piece in the tag. Your advice is always great, thank you I'll work on this more.
