Since it's likely that KDE will be any number of months before they've got official YGO rulings posted online, if you're looking for the last known source of FAQ or Individual card rulings you can find the last ones UD posted using the link below....

Keep in mind that KDE has posted recent changes to the card errata list and that files from the link above are not official any longer, however, they might go a long way toward answering some of your rulings questions and are our most recent full feature listing of rulings that WERE official.

So it seems that we don't have that site linked along with yugioh-card.com & Netrep in the "rules topic" anymore. I'm gonna ask to have them added back into it, though.

Either way, thanks for posting that here... Because I'm sure that a lot of people don't have it bookmarked, yet. :)
