definitely annoyed that the game played out like it did, but don't take too much credit yourself for destroying it, i apparently need to reconsider the role of the cop in this game, and the next time i do it there will probably be a doctor. but eh, the thing is i still would like it if the cops did not hint (at all!) and just pushed for who they want to get lynched or not lynched like they would any other mafia game. but what are they supposed to do when the odds are against that person are they just supposed to watch them die to stay hidden etc etc etc etc i'll think about it and do this game again sometime soon
a way i liked to think about this game kind of went with my original concept i had for it, which i scrapped
night results/beginning of days = a newspaper. it publishes the individual inspection results of three cops, one of them is taking bribes from the mafia. story wise, how that became known to everybody, idk. but then it was pretty straightforward with stuff like, if one of the cops dies, of course their inspection result is taken down? they're killed before they give their information to the newspaper guys or whatever. then the inspection results is information for the townies to use and from there you have the unique mafia game. but i guess i just overlooked the whole cop thing (a lot of the game was seeming like it balanced out pretty well, which it did for the most part). cops are townies, and they gotta be careful with what they say otherwise the mafia will take them out. but that's another thing--
if i was in the mafia's position, and i had a pretty good hunch on who the cops are, i wouldn't have killed them when you guys did. msf was mislynched on the first day. then the next day the same grapeing people were inspected. as luck had it, drew was lynched instead of toxic, and toxic was confirmed. but then the cycle would have to start over again, and you'd probably get another mislynch out of the confusion, as well as another mafia kill. idk but even if i was 100% sure of a cop's identity, i'd have put it off like another day at least, not just because if that happened the game would have stayed interesting for another day. but i guess making the game suck plum and draining people's interest of the game so as to win the game solely on the driving force of apathy is a legit tactic hahaha
drew- gj on calling dss i guess; "soft cop claiming" was pretty gay and i'm gonna go make a thread about how they need to be banned from all future mafia games where cop claiming isn't allowed! but yeah you didn't do anything i directly banned in the rules so whatever but i'm going to modkill you if you do that next time because the people playing the game were actually taking your "soft claim" seriously when they were debating your lynch
it's cool though i thought it was pretty funny since if you actually were the cop i'd have modkilled your ass right there and people probably should have inferred that you were mafia haha
savior - interesting fake inspections i guess and that bunny avatar was pretty believable. thanks for taking the game srsly, even when it was hella gay; i probably would have suspected you pretty hard for still being so serious when the game got so lame lool
cloud - if i was one of the people you called out to be mafia, i'd have voted you so hard! i mean jesus you are like always right idk how you do it but i guess it sucks when you're mafia and you're making plum up
formless - inactive player, or grapeing sly cooper? who knows
jib - mvp, that chart stuff was great and it made me a little glad i wasn't playing at one point because it seemed like a major headache haha. but at the same time i wished i was playing
dss - you were a little on the inactive side but you did alright for an insane cop. don't know what else i can say about you or some of the other people who played this game, i'm going to continue doing this until i run out of people who stuck out to me. but hahaha, i wish they didn't kill you so early, that was such a guess, you weren't hinting at all, that was just a misinterpreted post when you said "toxic being a townie i can believe..."; and if you weren't killed, the results would have been like, drew is mafia, toxic is mafia, toxic is mafia. i would have lol'd so hard
krizzmatik - i loved you for being such an active participant and playing the cop role well, the only thing i didn't like was that you were dropping some major hints. intentional or not, people were getting that message. i don't blame you for that, i need to do some revising of the cop roles, as i said
everybody else, good job, unless you're breakingpoint in which case i should say 'better luck next time' or msf in which case i would say 'boo hoo qq people don't think ima townie' hahaha
