can i ram mystic tomato into a monster and both get the tomato search and drop tragoedia from my hand? or would tomato miss the timing or something?
if i can get the search, how do i have to chain it and whatnot?
thanks :)

Well, Mystic Tomato's effect activates and resolves at the end of the damage step. Tragoedia activates and resolves right after damage calculation (with the same timing as Gorz, Emissary of Darkness).
They do not form a chain, they do not miss timing. They occur during different windows of the damage step.
You first:
Apply Damage
V
(Assuming you're alive) Move to the next window (right after damage calculation), and Summon Tragoedia
V
(Assuming there are no effects that will occur between post-damage calculation and the end of the damage step) Proceed to the end of the damage step, where you can summon a monster for Mystic Tomato's effect.
Edit: Sorry about that, had to correct something--there aren't "steps" during the damage step...they're "windows" >>
