Honest vs. LIM

if my opponent has honest in hand and I declare an attack while LIM mirror is on the field does honest's effect activate seeing has it is in the graveyard at resolution?

LIM doesnt care about where a card resolves. It cares about where it activates. LIM cant stop Honest cus it activates in the hand even though it ends up in the graveyard.

Incidentally, Honest's effect activates AND resolves in the hand.
