There's no reason for it. Getting creatures back isn't going to help out much.

Only thing I might suggest is Cathartic Adepts over Lurking Informants, solely because they cost less to play.

I run blue/black mill as well, and a must is Archive Trap.
It's from Zendikar, its an instant, it cost 3 and 2 blue and they mill 13, but if they search their library, you can play it for free.
I would also drop 3 Swamps and 3 Islands and put in 4 Drowned Catacombs and 2 Terramorphic Expanses.
Liliana is good but she doesn't fit this play style, you should drop her, Lurking Informant, and Szadek for 3 No Mercy.
It's an old enchantment that says if a monster does damage to you, it's destroyed.
And Szadek is sick but he's really expensive, and really easy to get rid of.
Also, Get rid of the brainbites, fact or fiction, and ponder for 4 Mind Funerals.
Mind Funeral is one of the best control/mill cards ever made.
It get's rid of 4 lands plus usually at least 8 cards, I've milled up to 25 off of only one, so you can imagine what 4 could do.
I would also sideboard some Twincast, Howling Mine, and Font of Mythos.
Twincast can do extra milling and also be used as a counterspell, and the mines and mythos are draw power and also work as mill towards your opponent.

Probably make the side deck with more Type 2 cards.
