This will be our little create a Pokémon thread. First I am gonna lay down some ground rules.

• For your stats, Total Base Value should not be over 720. This means when you add your base value from HP, ATK, Sp.ATK, DEF, Sp.Def, and SPD it cannot be higher than 720 (which is Arcues Base Max)
  
• Limit from making broken Pokémon like Wonderguard Dark/Ghost or extremely powerful Pokémon that are hard to take down
  
• You can create Pokémon moves but if you do you must include the Power Points, Power, Description of what the move does and any additional effects like flinching and its rate
  
• You can create Abilities but you must describe what it does.
  
• You cannot create new types
  
• No pokemon should have Legendary Exclusive Moves

If we have people who would like to make custom sprites of these Pokémon that would be amazing. I probably request these when we have a decent amount.

Pokémon Entry is the description of your Pokémon like an ingame Pokédex which includes your species, What your Pokémon looks like, height, weight, and a mini description on how the Pokémon is like.

Heavy storming pelts all Pokémon on the field (aside from User). Has a 30% chance to Paralyze a foe due to the intense storm.

Pokédex Entry:
Scorpest the Fiery Storm Pokémon. Scorpest dwells in the underground volcanoes, slumbering. When those volcanoes erupt, Scorpest awakens, and begins creating a new island. It is said to be a bad omen should a sailor feels warm rain.

Description:
A long salamander like Pokémon. Red in color, rows of barbed spikes run down its carapace as they protect it from attacks and the terrain. At the end of its long tail is a fin to help it swim through the deep waters of the ocean.
