New Super Mario Bros. Castle Theme
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum Cynthia Theme
Pokemon Gold/Silver Dark Cave Theme
Pokemon HeartGold/Soulsilver Champion Theme
Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver Kanto Gym Leader Theme
Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire Gym Leader Theme
Pokemon Black/White Elite Four Theme

If I had to choose which ones I liked the most and can listen to almost constantly, it's a tie between Black/White Elite 4, Ruby/Sapphire Gym Leader, and Gold/Silver Dark Cave. Any of those tend to make my day go by quicker and easier on its own.

Might not be the greatest thing by today's standards, but I've always liked pretty much anything Banjo-Kazooie related. Bubblegloop Swamp comes to mind right away, but it was one of the few games where the soundtrack never bored me.
