Judging by that, it's probably also going to be a decent anti-air move as well.

Depends on how hard it'll be to execute the Pinwheel Kick. If they give it an easy button combo, Juri players are going to spam the grape out of it. All the videos I've seen though make it look like it's easy to execute so maybe they'll make the Ultra a bit more complicated to pull off or something.

Looks like it only combos when your against the wall.
In another video EX pinwheel had a pretty good knockback distance.

Though I could be wrong.

That's a possibility as well. I wouldn't advise spamming it either way. Looks to me like it has some cooldown on it. I could be wrong though.

Yeah, if you watch the trailers, the Juri players start going back normal kick moves before attempting more Pinwheels.
