Playing same friend as in previous post. Savage Colosseum reads: If a monster attacks, its controller gains 300 Life Points at the end of the Damage Step. All monsters must attack, if able. During the End Phase, destroy all face-up Attack Position monsters the turn player controls, that did not declare an attack.
Here is what the field looked like:
He controlled Savage Colosseum, Gravity Bind, and a face-up attack position Krebons.
I controlled a face-down Enemy Controller and Skill Drain and a face-up attack position Majestic Mech-Ohka.
It was his turn and he allowed Krebons to stay in attack position and did not declare an attack. Savage Colosseum says Krebons should die, right? Right. I believe this to be a simple situation. I said,"<Friend's Name Here>, Are you going to switch your Krebons to defense?" He says,"No." I said,"OK. He dies."
Now what ensues is a 10 minute argument of semantics and self serving translation. My argument was what I stated above. If you're not going to attack, which I understand because my monster has a bigger attack value meaning his monster would die, and he's not going to change it to defense...IT DIES!!!
He says( And please remember my friend has never played tournaments and never looked up rules and thinks most rules I try to explain to him are stupid and don't make sense....Please forgive him, I love the guy like a brother ) that his monster is unable to attack because it can't kill my monster...sooooo, this means "unable" to him. He says he won't let it go until I have it in writing. So, could someone please post your resolution so I can show him here in writing from someone else that I'm not trying to get "over" on him, it is just the simplest mechanics of the game. Thanks so much, and I am truly sorry for wasting anyone's time who helps me, but it will be much appreciated. Thanks Again!!!

Was it able to attack? Yes. Of course, there are plenty of reasons why he COULD have attacked into Majestic Mech -- Ohka that would not defy game mechanics. Maybe he needed a change in lifepoints to activate a Megamorph, or maybe he had a Shrink. Point is, he is STILL able to declare an attack with Krebons.
Did he declare an attack with Krebons? No. Okay, we established that.
Is Savage Colosseum a face-up on the field whose effect applies? Yes.
Is Savage Colosseum's effect somehow negated? No.
Krebons is destroyed in this situation.
--words from certified judge who has actually judged before.

If he left Krebons in attack position going into the Battle Phase, then Krebons would have been forced to suicide into Ohka regardless of what he wanted to do. You were well within the right on that call.

Ah right. How'd he manage to avoid attacking, anyhow?

I don't know he's just a good friend I can play crazy decks against and just have fun. He knows I was certified by UDE ( When they were around )as a Judge, Tournament Organizer, Specialist, Demo Team Member, and Player Management but still wants to argue. It's just something I deal with to hang out with a good friend and generally have a good time playing Yug'. Thanks guys...for the SPEEDY reply. Awesome.

Not sure, since as you & Sora explained... Nothing was preventing Krebons from being able to declare an attack, so it should have been forced to do so if it remained in attack position.
Edit - Also, lets keep in mind that asking questions in here isn't wasting anyone's time. That's what this forum is here for.
