Can I have the build of Debu - Hime please?

EDIT:

Most likely I'd set Tomato and Dustshoot.

Obviously I'd play Dustshoot and try and cripple their hand as much as possible.

If they attack I get Gale, summon Sangan next turn, Foolish Dandy, sync for a level 8 (what level 8 depends on the situation) and search Debris Dragon. Do work then set Bottomless and end.

If they don't attack then it depends on what they play. Most likely I'd flip Tomato and swing into their face-down.

:o two turns.

EDIT2: Setting Sangan and Dustshoot is also a good move. If they attack I get Debris Dragon and then possible go Cold Wave into Black Rose Dragon depending on how much they commit to field.

I would set Sangan, Dustshoot, and Bottomless...mostly cuz I'm a bad player atm (Sangan w/ Dustshoot only makes a TON of sense though), partly because I don't want to get nailed for an illegal deck penalty for having a Tomato in hand when it's not on my decklist.

That would be pro, except for the part where Debris Dragon doesn't work with Sangan

I thought about setting Bottomless also, but I'll go into why I wouldn't furthur down. Same for why setting Tomato would be the better play IMO.

Set Dustshoot and Tornado.

Tomato?

Anyways, I think setting Tomato over Sangan is deffinitely the better play and here's why:
  • Tomato only has 2 targets in the deck, so if we don't get his effect off early we may not get to use it at all.
  • The longer we wait to use Tomato the more likely it becomes that he'll be taken off the field in a way that we won't get his effect, or the monster he summons will be killed before it gets back to our turn.
  • If Tomato gets attacked over we can get Gale which will allow us to keep field presence, and we should be able to attack over whatever our opponent has with Gale should we choose to.
  • Gale also sets us up nicely to synch with Sangan into our choice of a 6, 7, or 8 star synchro(if we combo it with Dandylion) based on our knowledge of our opponent's hand thanks to Dustshoot.
  • If our opponent has something set that will make synchroing a bad play, we can just attack over their monster with Gale and get a direct attack in with Sangan.

As for whether we should set Bottomless Trap Hole or not, I say no because:
  • We want Tomato to get attacked over, so protecting it with BTH doesn't make much sense.
  • We'll get Gale off of Tomato's search, and Gale should be able to attack over our opponent's monster or make a synchro that can.
  • If we save BTH we can use it to protect Gale or our synchro monster.
  • I'd rather wait until I know if my opponent has any backrow destruction before setting it, even more so if it's something like Icarus Attack and I'd rather keep 1 card on my field to neutralize it.
  • The only pro I can see of setting BTH is if we're playing against GB and they're dumb enough to tag into Bestiari and not Murmillo.

So, yea, set Tomato & Dustshoot /end.

Setting BTH with the Dustshoot and Tomato may not be a bad idea. If you want to search Gale you made need to protect it if your opponent is playing Cyber Dragon as well. My first turn is probably: Tomato(I agree w/Mr.Mischief about getting it's effect early), and Dustshoot.

You have Foolish in-hand to dump dandy after you grab debris.

Set Tomato set Dustshoot

It sets up the best play against your opponent's hand. I'd prefer if the deck ran more than 2 Tomato targets, but searching Gale is fine. Then you play your hand according to their hand.

I'm well aware, I even mentioned it, but it didn't look like he was planning on doing that since he mentioned maybe using Cold Wave which also stops you from making a debris play that same turn.

Set Sangan, Set Dustshoot, set Bottomless

Activate the Dustshoot asap, make the opponent think the Bottomless is useless when they summon whatever and attack Sangan
Fetch for Debris Dragon, so I can Foolish the Dandylion, get tokens, summon Debris, bring back Dandylion and Synchro for BRD, Stardust, RDA, Trishula

Well, you could still set the Tomato because you would have Dustshoot.

Lol set dustshoot and sangan. Save your debris dragons until you're opponent truly commits to the field. Good players won't do that t1. Next, don't flip your dustshoot over right away. Chain that to an allure, space, heavy, after they charge/rota, etc. Players are going to play more cautiously if you have a backrow set. In debu-hime, you want lonefire as fast as possible and sangan does that for you.

Lastly, this deck needs a trag.

Setting Tomato is an infinity better play because of the mere fact that its 10 times easier to get a recruiter off early game then mid to late. Sangan can get his effect in nearly any situation. Its better to save it for a better play such as sacrificing Sangan for Caius for good chance for a +1 or summon/setting Sangan with a Torrential for an even trade off or a +x based on how many monsters your opponent has, rather then just setting it for an even trade off. Also you should almost always play Dustshoot as soon as possible. Holding it for an Allure/Charge/RotA seems like a good strategy but in general it just doesn't play out well. You want to get that hand knowledge and shut down their best opening play possible as soon as possible. Also "good players" won't Storm one card.
