dust tornado is still better imo. stick to my original post
Yea especially with Dust Tornado's ability to set a card from your hand after its activation. People overlook that effect so often but it really can be useful, setting up for a Solemn, War Chariot or Call of the Haunted and not giving the opponent time to prepare for it is pretty sick.
Let them eat their damn cake.

I won't say the second effect is bad, because it does have its uses. But the fact that the second effect loses out to Storm is sort of D=.

Well plum happens. For those kinda situations you have your Solemn and Starlight Roads.

I think the better question here is why is Breaker not being compared to Lyla? The 2 are fairly compatible and have there distinct advantages, but Lyla is actually searchable, doesn't rely on a Normal Summon and not least of all benefits from Honest. If there's gonna be a discussion of Breaker being ran now, if at all, then Lyla should definitely be mentioned.
I will say though that with the meta slowed down significantly, cards like Breaker and Lyla can see more play for sure. Dimensional Prison's increase in play helps justify that.

Lyla also sets up combo plays with its mills, something else that Breaker can't do.
Breaker wasn't bad during a control format, esp back when GBs were top.
But with the possibility of decks speeding up again, Breaker seems like more of an anti-meta card and one that isn't necessarily needed, imo.

Funny how Breaker used to be an instant staple in every deck. This was pretty much an auto include in the Chaos format. Now we can use three and some people at first thought that was a very bad move. Most decks won't even touch this card now that are being run.
