im starting to get a little better learning new stuff messing around with backgrounds and brushes :) all the fun stuff lol

there not amazing but it the best i can do atm

Nice, the first one is definitely ok and an improvement. U need to find a way to blend the render in a little bit more though. Right now its just a cool looking background with a render stuck ontop of it.

Don't put your renders all the way at the ends, bring them in a bit, not dead center, but just a little more inside, it'll work better for the composition. If you're using photoshop, use guides (they're these lines you can drag into your work, you can clear them later) to create a grid, sort of like a tic-tac-toe grid, dividing it equally by thirds both horizontally and vertically. You'll want your render (the focal point) to be at an intersection. This is the law of thirds...or you can just google law of thirds. It really helps with composition. Don't keep the text too far from the render either, it distracts from the focal.

Now, Ignoring everything I've said (but not totally), I like the flow of the last one.
