thats the single dumbest thing ever. I'm clearly waiting for more people to talk, so that we as a cohesive unit can arrive at the best possible solution after we gather as much intel as we can. Early voting is a terrible play. Let people talk, let it play out. give it some time. This game is about finding slips in posts. It can, does, and will happen if you get everyone talking. So stop pushing for a vote so soon. I will vote when I'm ready to vote, and am comfortable with my descision in the voting process.

that being said, I'm normally a large advocate for day1 "no lynch". And I have not transitioned away from that mindset. I'm simply giving slips the opportunity to occur before I force the day to be over by joining in and voting into a majority.

One of us dies early most of the time anyways. Mafia will have to decide if killing either of us will actually make you look bad or not, you better talk to them and figure out if you want to risk it.

So if you're some kind of epic trap, wouldn't it have been better to just not make yourself a prime target for the town to use their powers on you? I mean, now everyone is super curious if you're BSing or not, and the mafia won't risk targeting you...idgi.

no reason why a town wouldn't wanna be scanned. No reason at all. You could be a miller, but generally, the player doesn't know this. This reverse psychological thing doesn't work on me.

I dont think you understood me. You target me, you die. I'm an active player. But I'm also controversial. That makes me likely to be inspected. I'd be stupid if I let our cop inspect me and get himself killed. Since I'm a controversial player (as everyone knows), I'm rarely a nk target. Therefore, I made the choice to come out with my ability early in order to premptively save the cop from what would turn into a very bad decision.

I was just saying that MM didn't make sense. He thinks you are some kind of bomb and since you don't want friendly fire you gave us a warning. But in reality, if you were a bomb you wouldn't have come out imo.

I don't like this post. No townie should be willing to die for no reason, it severely hurts the Town's chance of winning. If it's really, really such a big game changer if any townie targets you then would you recommend voting yourself off? I find it odd that you're in the middle ground of not wanting to live nor die, if you really think that it would help the town to kill you off, then kill yourself off.

Keep in mind that I have no idea if you're Mafia or not, there's no surefire way to tell at this point. However, I do know that a smart Mafia member would be able to bank on the fact that the town should be afraid of a big consequence if he is inspected and still be reluctant enough to vote for him on the first day. Really, it's a pretty ingenious bluff if it is a bluff. Now that he's told the town not to target him, there's no way that he's going to be killed by the mafia. This fact fits in perfectly with an excuse for why the Mafia hasn't killed him, so in the case that he has to prove his innocence... the town cannot use the fact that he hasn't been killed yet, despite his outgoing style, against him. I'm also going to mention that I think the role he seems to be claiming is that of a bomb, whoever tries to do anything to him gets killed. I'm sure most of you have thought of that as the most likely case though.

All in all, I think it was a very poor choice to reveal himself this early if he is a townie, as the chances of him being inspected are slim for the first night. If he's mafia then I would say it's actually a great play on his part. I don't know his usual play style, besides the fact that he claims to never bluff, or his usual skill level, so I don't really know what he's capable of and thus which is a more likely situation.

In what way didn't I make sense? Also, I never said I thought he was a bomb, I said if he is a trap townie I dislike how he's playing his role.

Thought process:

I know that I'm a very active player that often is seen playing both sides of the fence.

I know that because of that I rarely if ever get killed by mafia

I know that I often get inspected because of my playstyle.

I wasnt going to change my playstyle for this game, because it is proven effective.

I'm more likely to be inspected than nk'd. I cannot let that happen.

Cop inspects me, town is in a very bad spot.

Cannot let that happen for any reason.





and @sage: I only said that you should vote me if you think I'm scum because I know how this often works. A lot of the time, we'll tell the cop to inspect the target (in this case me) and go from there the following day. Seeing as this plan kills the cop, I was willing to die to keep the town (and more specifically the cop) from making this mistake. I'm more of a team player than you guys are giving me credit for. :[ lol
