Who uses Regiggas?

I've had about 3 or 4 matches where I've lost and my opponent had 1% on his last pokemon

I actually did have a REALLY close game last night. Ended up with my Kyogre vs his Mewtwo and Kyogre. Earlier on he had revealed his Mewtwo had Me First (._.) so he didn't expect me to use Thunder on it and he switches to Kyogre. I use Thunder and KO the Kyogre and then he still has Mewtwo with Me First, he uses it and leaves me at 2% health and Paralyzes me but I avoid the parahax and win.

Was intense.
