It was (and probably still is) being abused, sure some people are saying "who cares", but they probably have positive rep and are not being harassed.

I have to agree, the level of maturity of some people ruins the fun that rep should have been.

People abusing it.
People caring about something that means nothing.

All in all, pretty lame.

If we really want it to be fun rather than start stupid drama we should make it so you can only +rep, nobody is going to complain that they didn't get +rep'd.

Making it just -rep made it much worse.

I lol at the rep system. I don't see it as important.

It did get me thinking though.

If positive rep is disabled then it wouldn't it be like the the more negs you get the better it is and not getting any at all would be worse.

This would be the result of getting attention.

Now everyone can give me all the negs so you can't give it to anyone else. XD!!!
