I entered this contest. I took 2 hours to write my poem. I don't know if it is because I am involved in the writing process or I like to do that that I took so long. Maybe most people can write a 12 line poem in 30 minutes.

Anyways hopefully it doesn't dissapoint. Since poems use easy grammar, it usually isn't a problem for me to write them.

I just didn't enter yet because of the post count (Let's not count this one post). I'll also probabily PM Haou and several others from G-League to get opinions of wich poetry I should send (first time it took me 5 minutes and I wrote 28 lines).

Better prizes? He needs to be in my site's win-a-mat (which registration closed yesterday) The poetry contest is for a signed copy of a hot new author's works from this very site. You're thinking mats and high value cards. Wrong forum for that.

I've seen a few ETC member's show some interest lately - once the poems are posted I think we'll be blown away by the writing talent. Avenger sent me his submission yesterday and I have been teasing him about being 3rd place in a competition - but his submission is pretty darn good.
