This is my first Magic deck i've been playin yugioh since 2004 n i converted a couple of my friends that played magic to play yugioh so i said i would learn how to play magic in return...i dont have the big jace n kinda dont plan on gettin them anytime soon so just tell me wat u think of the deck and give reasons and fixes and please rate... thanx a lot people

and for the final 2 i cant decide between Prophetic prism, Unsummon, Traumatize, or another Flashfreeze

If you're playing standard with this, at least know that Dross Golem is not standard legal.

As far as everything else goes, it's not bad, fairly good for lower level standard events. I would personally drop the singles Jace's Erasure, Sleep, and Basilisk Collar for 3 more lands. You really want to hit that 6 mana for Wurmcoil ASAP and getting 6 straight land drops with 22 lands doesn't happen too often. With 25 lands, you have a much better chance.(Personally, I'd throw in a 4th Catacomb and 2 more Shores)

You drop Erasure for sure simply because milling does not help you reach your goal when your goal is clearly to win through damage. Sleep is alright, but i'd just rather have a land in it's place. Collar doesn't help too much when 6 of your effective 12 creatures already have both deathtouch and lifelink and then another 4 of your effective 6 other creatures have either.(Lifelink does not stack anymore, on the off chance that you thought it still did) I say effective creatures due to the Wurmcoil's death trigger making 2 3/3's.

Out of the choices you listed for your sideboard, I'd go for the 3rd and 4th Flashfreeze.

These are just simple fixes if you plan on playing casual and lower level standard events like FNMs. If you want to go more competitive, then I can help you there too. You say you don't want to waste money on Big Jace's though, so I'd wait until rotation if you want to go more competitive with this deck.

If you want to play competitive standard magic and don't want to get emo boy.

Play RDW (even though it too has become very expensive)

Personally, I say just don't play standard if you don't want to spend a LOT of money only to have it rot away within the next couple of years...
