And it's not really a format, because any sanctioned event allows no proxies and the only way most people who want to play vintage is by proxying...

Maybe off subject a bit, but I don't really play Magic 100%. But when I played I loved the Arcbound Ravager, Artifact Lands, Disciple of the Vault and Skull Clamp deck. That thing was ridiculous. I still keep it around only for casual of course; but it's hella' fun.
