So uhm, idk if this is exactly the right place to bring this up but:
Twitter posted yesterday on DGZ he is quitting yugioh, posted his collection for sale and dropped out of the GPC. Is he still going to be modding or what :s

Just because he is quitting YGO doesn't mean that he doesn't know plum about the game.

I quit competitive YGO a long ass time ago, back when I was still in Rarehunters, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy the occasional duel when I am bored as hell.

Well not only that, but it's not like playing every day has ever been a requirement for leading & moderating the section, or in my mind ever should be. If anything, it could easily give him more time to focus on the forum, equaling into a good thing.

... plus, it's not like anyone truly quits yugioh. We just take extended breaks while trying to convince ourselves otherwise, only to fall back in when the moment hits.

You know after all these right choices Val, I promise I will frequent here more often. Now to why these are the right chioces:

Coin: Having worked with him briefly on another place ( which i had to leave unfortunely), I witnessed his deep knowledge in YGO game mechanics and deck analysis.

Krizzmatiik and Powercrazy: Long overdue, they always kept a clear head in the mist of flame wars that was epidemic to ETC.

Twitter; Never actually had business with him , but I know DGZ has high standards of etiquette so i will enjoy watching him do his magic...

Ginzo : a special case, has the the skills , charisma, and patience to make anyone feel comfortable.

Drew: I always felt sorry for him, everyone just bombarded him with work and he tried his best. I hope this new help will relieve him somewhat.


To the retired:

Apollo : I don't know what to say, I would of preferred you stay , because you exemplify a symbol of loyalty and fairness

Dark World: never traded on here, so can't say sorry.

Achiles: Well I will sound like a broken record, so I will just take my hat off .
