1 Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning
1 Sangan
3 Tour Guide from the Underworld
2 Wind-Up Dog
2 Wind-Up Honeybee
1 Wind-Up Hunter
1 Wind-Up Juggler
3 Wind-Up Knight
2 Wind-Up Magician
3 Wind-Up Rat
2 Wind-Up Soldier

1 Book of Moon
1 Dark Hole
1 Heavy Storm
1 Monster Reborn
2 Mystical Space Typhoon
1 Pot of Avarice
2 Swinging Spring Scales
3 Wind-Up Factory

1 Mirror Force
2 Solemn Warning
2 Spiral Spring
1 Torrential Tribute
1 Xyz Reborn

Extra Deck
1 Daigusto Emeral
1 Lavaval Chain
1 Leviair the Sea Dragon
1 No. 17 Leviathan Dragon
1 No. 32 Utopia
1 No. 61 Volcasaurus
1 Steelswarm Roach
1 Tiras, Keeper of Genesis
3 Wind-Up Zenmaighty
2 Wind-Up Zenmaines
1 Wind-Up Zenmaio
1 Wind-Up Zenmaister

Build that I put together last night with some success. Its just mean watching people scramble to kill Zenmaines only to watch it survive and and start claiming their field while I start thinning the deck like mad or spawning Exceeds to start running them down. Still feel like there are some fixes to be made here or there though to make things a bit smoother.

Planning on taking out a Magician for a copy of Swinging Spring Scales as soon as it goes up on DN and looking for another place to make a cut. Considering one of the Jugglers since the effect is generally the least useful of the Level 4's being mained.

Updated with the addition of SSS and Spiral Spring to DN

I'm just wondering. Why Summoner Monk? Since you have Wind-Up Rat and Rabbit, isn't it wiser to use Hamster? Heck, maybe you can incorporate Wind-up Dog. Dog is a legal target for Rat.

Instant Rank 4 Exceed for a single spell? Yes pl0x. Rat and Rabbit enable the hell out of plays into Zenmaines, Zenmaighty, Leviathan, or Leviair. I might drop one plus LWU for a pair of Swinging Spring Scales for more Rat abuse. Might just drop them both just for S3 Just because I will still have more than enough Darks in the deck to support having BLS in the deck.

Also Wind-Up Rat can grab ANY Wind-Up in the grave and Rabbit has a generally more useful effect than Dog which only serves to be a beatstick. Also if I wanna summon an 1800 to the field, I can just summon Soldier for a simple beatstick or Knight for attack negation.

While it sure can provide a Rank 4 exceed with a single spell, I don't see any Rank 4 Exceed around that is worth that investment. Except, I haven't tested Zenmeister, but it seems just okay at most.

And, since this deck will be XYZ-ing Zenmaighty/Zenmaines a lot (or at least I assume so), I believe it is wise to get a pair of Bottomless. Cydra is being quite popular again (due to Karakuri making some appearance in YCS), and it can turn your field full of Zen into a single Chimeratech. I would drop 1 Honeybee and 1 LWU for it.

Regarding Monk VS Hamster, I believe it is easier to set up Magician play with Hamster. You set Hamster, they attack, and you get to summon either Wind-Up beast (that's why I'd love to incorporate Wind-Up Dog here), the next turn you summon Magician and you can activate both Dog and Magician's effect. That, or you can just set Magician, with your opponent believing it's Hamster.

Monster count is already a bit retarded as it is with the deck. Another idea that just slapped me in the face was dropping LWU for a copy of Pot to send back Rats and stuff to be tutored and reused again.

That's a good one. I remember when Apollo first introduced me to this decktype, he also used Avarice.

I dunno how it slipped my mind. Might have forgotten about it since I was working on a Chaos Ninja deck and failed miserably at it.

Either way, recycling back Rats and used Exceeds is just lulzy advantage.

It slipped my mind, too. Hahaha. And, yes. The advantage is crazy. This deck is just so fun. Wonder if they will be the next tier1?

Rat, Honeybee, and Knight all are good steps in that direction.

Target 2 "Wind-Up" monsters you control with different Levels, and your opponent chooses 1 of them; the other monster's Level becomes the chosen monster's Level, until the End Phase. If your opponent chooses the monster with a lower Level: You draw 1 card.

Awesome effect is awesome. Personally love the idea of either adding a Rank 4 to my field or a Zenmaines and a +1

Bringing this back into the light.

Looking for another card to cut from the main deck for a second SSS.
