Reaper that doesn't die to E-Con and 1000 burn ends so many games that it's not even funny.

I'm not saying to replace Reaper for him, just that he is a highly useful card this format. You can hide behind this guy for a good long while since the only non-Monster effect out to this is usually Dark Hole.

@earl: bad example. econ can do that to any monster. econ killing spirit reaper 1for1 is something to be noted though as both reaper and marshm dont die through battle.

Love me my Marshmallon.
Has pros and cons compared to Reaper. Like Canti said Still worth running, if you need a monster to fill.

Exactly. In the case of this or Mind Control, letting it be destroyed is better than letting it change control, and that's not even counting the fact that Reaper is at 3 & good because of the discard effect being backed by the battle thing.

Marshmallon's cool, but I still can't justify running it over Reaper in anything that cares about traditional offense.

Yes, it can do that to any monster except for Spirit Reaper. And that's what I was implying.

switch position effect of econ vs marsh does allow for some massive damage though.

Don't forget Reaper sets off your opponent's Dark World effects if it lands damage.

I'd still rather use it over Marsh though.

Marshmallon is better in something like Chain Burn, but overall Spirit Reaper is better to me.

It's hard to make this card chaos fodder. Reaper is better for the reasons mentioned.

part of the reason reaper is good is that dolkka cant touch it.

dolkka attacks into this and it dies. No thank you.

Since DN is so heavily on Dark World's dick right now on Rated, I don't mind Mallon in my Chaos deck. However, I'm well aware I am making the inferior card choice since DW is the only deck Reaper isn't outright better in.
