Fiendish Chain might be nice as well. When ORCS reaches the TCG it will replace Dimensional Prison in many decks, with its applications against Inzektors, and considering it's better against Wind-Ups when going first. I don't see it being reprinted soon, with its lack of presence in the Turbo pack, it was a super and they rarely make special edition reprints the same rarity as the original.

Just because a card is good doesn't mean it will go up in price. Fiendish Chain has already seen enough exposure to qualify it as playable. It came out as a 3 dollar card then when up to 8-10 once it started being tech'd, and has been at 15-17 for at least 6 months I think. Fiendish Chain tops every YCS, is always tech'd, talked out, generic stuff. For cards that aren't mainstream 40$+, they usually have to go from completely unknown to really good to jump in price. Slight changes like "this card is somewhat better now because of the meta" don't call for worthwhile investments. Of course you could buy it for 13 then sell it for 16 or so later, but that is just applying common sense. In this thread, and investing in general, you want to make decisions based off of clear-cut information and obvious profits instead of playing the technical finer detail game since you will end up wasting lots of time and potential profits on these cards. I usually just get stuff like Fiendish on the dl in minor trades at locals if I don't mind trading away whatever it is. There isn't really a reason to actively pursue Fiendish Chain anymore than normal though.
etc's trading section sucks but i trade on this other forum that doesn't suck and you can use money so go there and trade with me

For a long term investment, I might suggest Shard of Greed. After Tour Guide/Maxx "C" turned into format defining cards, a lot of players are paying more attention to what they think will be sleeper cards. I personally don't think it will ever become an amazing card, the game doesn't seem to be moving towards the slow format in which it's good. However it is hyped, and with time the set will fall out of print, and its value will increase from rarity. If the past few weeks were any indication, Shard's price will steadily though slowly rise through 2012.

itt we count the money i create
but shard of greed has already gone up to 20 from 6-8 (solely because of billy brake and friends advertising the card imo) and it seems completely out of the realm of possibilities for it to be a $30+ card.

It probably went up solely because of Ryan Spicer. I don't see Black Horn any better now than it has ever been, worse if anything because of Inzektor.
The 8-10$ price-tag is gonna be near impossible to move it at imo.

This is the best time for this card.
