the next banlist is pretty important to balance all of these huge power cards we have. if konami leaves rabbit/grapha/hyperion/plants/wind-ups all alone next format wont be very good.

That being said, if they get rid of Reborn/Dark Hole, it wouldn't be terrible to have old DMoC back. It's not as easy to drop as it used to be. Not as bad as BLS.

There is far too many special summons in this game that just the Solemns and TKR can't handle.

I think their reasoning for that is "If royal oppression is back, then XYZ won't seem as awesome and people won't buy our cards as much"
