Best - I liked that format where Dandywarrior just became relevant, but I can't remember which one that was...

Worst - That period of time between Upperdeck getting sued and Konami reassuming power.
At the very least, Bad format > No format.

Really enjoyed the First Format change for the newness and interest in how the game would change.

Worst? I never really disliked the game in any format. It's certain players that make me want to quit the game.

More modern format: Ccv formats, so lightsworn with 2-3 honests and blackwings with 2-3 kaluts.

Obviously worst format was chaos emperor dragon with yata but we gain no insight from that, seems too obvious an answer.

Best format was when royal oppression was at 2, don't remember which format that was.

people always under rate the format where phoenix wing wind blast and destiny heros were popular. Personally my favorite time playing

Honestly, I don't have a strong position about what the worst format of all time was (although chances are that I ended up being too busy with work or to broke to really be affected by it haha), but I can say that the ones I enjoyed the most were tied between whatever it was right before PTDN came out & the time Heavy Storm was banned. I guess I also enjoyed Yugioh a lot when it was new, but that's mostly attributed to everything being fresh, rather than the slim cardpool really doing any favors in itself.

The games & environments just seemed to rely a lot more on the players than the cards, and yeah. I consider that to be a good thing.

Anyone who underestimates perfect circle format is just an odd cookie. So far as I know, everyone loved it. It's just that Tele-Dad is widely accepted and known as an even more skillful format.
