It does sort of create a cold wave effect. Anyways I know that rabbit can get dead draws so it is a no-brainer there.

If you have solemn warning and wrath facedown you could be in a good position.

Next format if we have solemn judgment at 2 then that means that mind control, and smashing ground will be stopped.

ITT: namesake doesnt know a bad card stays bad.

Seriously though, Wrath will never become playable again as long as the current power creep in the game is allowing for decks to play with stupidly quick speed that not even a properly used Wrath can deal with. Also if Judgment goes to 2, Wrath will never see play as it will be better to run 2 Judgment/1 Warning or go 2/2 for huge bouts of negation plumting.

if judgment went to 2 i wouldn't use 2. i hardly use 1 anymore.

wrath isn't a bad card at all, its just not an optimal card in todays meta. tsuna just likes to argue.

And you like to contradict what everyone has to say.

Wrath isnt optimal in anything nor has it really been good for a while now. To say its good for negating effects would be a bit of a joke considering this card makes far better MST bait than an effect negator.
