Imperial Custom is the continuous trap that stops other face-up continuous traps from being destroyed right? If not, it's the one I wanna talk about

Say I have a face-up continuous trap and a Imperial Custom, and since custom stops others from being destroyed and my opponent uses Heavy Storm, can I still activate my starlight road to negate it?

Nevermind, I just answered my own stupid question because I'd be starlight-ing the heavy destroying my Imperial Custom AND my facedown at the time, starlight road... HAH!
