If I play Gold sarco and remove necroface with soul absorption on the field, do I gain 1500 or 5500?

Soul Absorption
Each time a card(s) is removed from play, increase your Life Points by 500 points for each card removed from play.

You would gain 500 life points when Necroface is banished. Then when you resolve Necroface's effect, you'll gain 500 life points for each card banished with that effect. (10x500=5000).

So when this is all done, you'll have gained 5500 life points. Why? It's because Soul Absorption is cool in that it counts each card actually removed from play, not just the number of times.
