Debunk
Group: Trap Card
Type: Trap
Icon:Counter

Negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect that activates in the hand or Graveyard, and remove it from play.

Gets rid of Effect Veiler, Maxx C, Sangan, Spore, Glow Up Bulb, Dandylion, PSZ, Honest, Gorz, etc. Dunno if it's already been discussed, was too lazy to check, so if it was, then discuss it again. I want to know what you guys think of it.

Pretty much an awesome side card, but otherwise not all that remarkable.

Hate plants much? Your whole list is basically anti-plants besides the odd Honest and PSZ comments. You don't even mention Dark world. Not saying it is the best answer to DW, but you should bring up that it is good in multiple match-ups.

This practically ruins DW since everything they run goes off in the grave. Hitting Grapha slows them down in a really bad way and hitting stuff like Snoww or Broww can slow down their attempts to gain or maintain their hand count.

^
It's not super super awesome awesome, but you should really mention it's a bit more versatile than that.

Oh look at that... I did. But it doesn't mean I hate plants lol. I listed all the cards I remembered that activated in the hand and grave..and if you noticed I put an etc at the end cuz you guys should know what else its good against.

I wasn't trying to insult you or anything. It just looked like you were concentrating against plants and not discussing its other uses.

And I think for a side-deck card, versatility is always a good thing. The more meta match-ups one card can hit, the more likely I am to play it. So I just thought it should have been mentioned.

Overrated imo. Most of the cards that they drop from the hand can just be played around. Cards in the Grave are better dealt with by a Crow from hand.

It wins in the Darkworld matchup but if we're talking traps then why not side SIM instead?

It seems like the best tech versus insecktors. That and it protects against any other pesky problem cards like effect veciler and maxx. If your deck isn't siding it, then you probably need to reconsider it. Unless of course you run something out of meta.

How does this work against Inzektors again? The last time I looked, their effects were pretty much always from the field.

That card is becoming an epic side deck choice again. Hell, I cant remember any time in the last 5 years where this card was any less than good.

The only T1 deck it doesn't work against (As far as I know) is Rabbit.

Are you referring to Chain Dis/Debunk? If you're referring to Chain Dis, then it actually hits Rats. And maybe Magician.

Yeah this is getting twisted. Haha.

I meant Chain-D in my post. Hits Rat and Mage.

Let's get back to Debunk. There's a topic for Chain-D already.
