Wouldn't play it in anything but Burn or Stall decks. While it's chainable, it doesn't really DO anything besides buy you 1 extra turn. At least stuff like Compulsory can get a big nomi monster or a Synchro/Exceed off the field for the time being.

Honestly with cards liek Gorz, Tragedoia, Utopia, Necro Gardna it just seems like a useless backrow card in decks. I mean it's good because you can chain it, so I guess it's MST bait, but honestly I'd rather backrow something better.

This is a format right now where big turns are defined by control shifts, not huge attacks, except in Plants game 1 if they feel like it.

Rabbit doesn't care, it ends the field with a Laggia and Dolkka with presumably a Leviair backing them up. You're in an uphill struggle.
Inzektors don't care, they popped Roar for nothing and got a search/summon out of it, they can just stop here, maybe blow up a few more cards, and be fine with things.
Wind-Ups can rip your hand and attack next turn.
