Nova Master/Gemini Spark

If my opponent rams his Zenmaines into Nova Master with material underneath, do I get to draw a card?

If I Spark him do I get to draw?

Question 1:
Elemental Hero Nova Master implies that the defending monster must be destroyed by battle in order for the controller of Nova Master to draw 1 card. This implies that the monster must be destroyed. However, if the controller of Wind-up Zenmaines attacked Elemental Hero Nova Master, and removed a material, it is no destroyed (instead, a material is removed). Hence, the controller of Elemental Hero Nova Master does not draw a card.

So, if Zenmaines is not destroyed be Gemini Spark, then you do not draw.
