I've been doing 5 days a week for the past 1.5 months with a mix of iso/compound hitting the muscle groups like once or maybe twice a week tops, but starting this week I'm doing just compounds for more effectiveness (still a beginner too right?) Only thing I'm debating is doing 3 or 4 days a week with this regiment:
Workout A
Bench; 3 sets; 10-12
Squat; 3 sets; 10-12
Rows; 3 sets; 10-12
Tricep Pulldowns; 1-2 sets; 8-10
Calf Raises; 1-2 sets; 12-15 reps
Workout B
Deadlifts; 3 sets; 10 reps (grapeing hard as hell for me to concentrate on these when the bar keeps slipping off or tearing my hands)
Chin Ups; 3 sets; failure
Military Press; 3 sets; 10 reps (My shoulders are weak, 12 reps are killer)
Bicep Curls; 1-2 sets; 8-10 reps
Ab Exercise (random); 1-2 sets; failure
Each with 90-120 second rest periods.
Ideally it's supposed to be M/W/F with A/B/A format, then B/A/B, but I feel 3 days is just too little for me and that I need to do at least 4. Time isn't an issue, neither is dedication, I'm pretty dedicated, more so than ever.

You know, I don't think the stereotype of yugioh is fat smelly nerd. But maybe that is because I play the game.
From my perspective
A) Wanna be gangster player pro hustler
B) Sucky scrub without sleeves (includes people who are over-obsessed withinternet fads)
C) Normal guys who just likes cards and is cool to chill with
Cards probably just get stereotyped as weird kids who need to get some real friends.

Oh my god. It's too accurate.

This is usually due to their need to ascend in the ranks of their workplace, school, or society in general.
In their quest for higher status and privilege, they will become unguarded and their peers will begin to notice how fake and transparent their attempts are.
A Kiss ass will most definitely seem fake due to the fact they don't actually give a plum when people watch how fake they are.
Ted's co-workers knew he was a Kiss ass because he never went to TGIF with them, and instead went out with the boss.

Also, none of the regulars at my locals are fat, smelly, or really anything that we often get stereotyped as online. Granted, I'm only speaking to the small area where I live now, but with exception to one big guy who comes once every two months, nobody fits into the fat/smelly/nerd box. If anything, it's the MTG players who're fat, and who're responsible for a bunch of the chairs being broken, not us haha.
