It's super simple dude. Use 2-3 good ripe avocados (depending on the amount you need), halve them, pit them, scoop them out of the shell into a bowl. Add salt, possibly pepper, chili or cayenne pepper if you like it to taste. Take a potato masher to it until you got it sort of chunky, add a diced roma tomato, half an onion diced, and like half a jalepeno seeded and the ribs cut off and diced and stir it in (If it's not creamy enough for you, a dollop of sour cream is alright). Then you cover it in plastic wrap and store it in a cool place until you need to use it.

See? Besides dicing and the jalepeno it's not hard at all .__.

Anyone have a chicken breast recipe? It's all I really eat for dinner. Generally I just:

-Chop a chicken breast
-Diced onions
-Diced green and red belle peppers (mostly green)
-Prechopped crimini mushrooms
-Use 10 mL extra virgin olive oil
-Sprinkle whatever condiment I feel like using (Crushed peppers, cajun, paprika, oregano, parsley, etc etc)

-Fry, blah blah blah.

Kinda gets bland, I need the chicken to have a little more flavour, so the taste just isn't on the top or bottom but throughout the whole chicken. Suggestions?

First, I love how you spell everything all Canadian. Haha.

Second, if there's no skin on the breast, the easiest way to get the seasoning or whatever you're using over more surface area is to cut the chicken into smaller pieces.

Cutting it into chunks and pairing it with pasta is my favorite thing to do with a chicken breast.

Oranges. I love 7-Up, Sprite, and most Mexican things that call for lime for flavoring, but to me it'll never top a cold glass of 100% orange juice in the morning. I blame Braum's for spoiling me at such a young age.

No. Berry.

Also agree with Canti. Limes are the best citrus fruit. But when it comes to drinkable juice, orange and grapefruit finish leagues ahead of it.

If you mean "I bought a crate of oranges" fresh squeezed, then I agree.

Another good way to season/flavor chicken breasts is marinading them. My favorite marinades are Italian Dressing and Pineapple Teriyaki.

here is my favorite way to use chicken breast

Hint for all, it's Chicken Cacciatore.

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 green pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 (1 lb.) cans peeled, low-salt tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 oz. water
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Place chicken pieces in a 3-quart baking dish. Layer green pepper, onion and mushrooms over chicken. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, basil, pepper and water. Break tomatoes into pieces with a spoon; pour tomato mixture over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes until tender.

Remove chicken to serving dish. If sauce is too thin, stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Pour over chicken. Serve over unbuttered noodles or pasta. Yields: 6 to 8 servings.
