My post isn't saying what to do if they do have "C" it's saying how you should play your "C" against them because apparently everyone thought Maxx "C"ing Tour Guide was bad and it's the best you can do against Wind-Ups.

And if they don't have Maxx "C" making Roach or Utopia is still better so you don't lose to Cyber Dragon.

Scenario Next:

You're going first against an unknown deck and your hand is this:

Wind-Up Rabbit
Mystical Space Typhoon
Maxx "C"
Wind-Up Shark
Fiendish Chain

I'd say summon Rabbit, set chain.

Set MST, set Sangan and end my turn, after about a long wait.

Also, Brent, there's no reason in YGO to set MST on turn 1.

I wouldn't want to do Rabbit without follow-up, because it reveals my deck needlessly. I am sure Rabbit is splashable, but I don't know how many people are splashing it around right now.

I see no plays.
Summon Maxx "C" and attack so that I can say at least I went down fighting.

The right play

Summon Rabbit
Special Shark
Make Zenmaity
Detach Rabbit and get Rat
Bring back Rabbit with Rat
Set Fiendish Chain

End
