Normal Spell Card

"f you control a face-up Machine-Type monster: Target 1 Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon the target. Negate its effect(s), and destroy it during the End Phase."

What is your thoughts on this? I think it has real potential. Saw this on Shriek in some Karakuri builds. Really love this card and its design.

I think it's good for Machine based decks(regardless of relevance ATM). Can be used for Synchros and Xyz. Just for the generic/thoughtless purposes you could use it for, can't see a reason why it wouldn't be ran in Machine Decks.

whats the little dragonball z character that trains goku right before he fights vegeta and nappa on the fat dudes planet? the little bug guy. it was him and the monkey.
