Hmm? I see some cards you could drop to get this closer to 40, or to add in different cards you were thinking about. Like 1 Level Eater and 1 Elder. Seems like one of each would be enough to accomplish what you would want them to. But I imagine this is just the deck you mentioned in your status that you would be trolling your locals with. I also feel you kind of have to have Reinforcement of the Army in here, so you could drop Scapegoat for that.
