Negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect that activates in the hand or in the Graveyard, and remove it from play.

Ok so insecktors come to mind as they summon from hand, also take in mind wind-ups also summon from hand. Also max c gets a lot of play. Effect veiler not so much.
